The process begins with a face to face conversation so that you can discuss your career goals with one of our staffing specialists.
At any given time, we have approximately 500 of the best opportunities available for our candidates so it is critical that we have a complete understanding of what you are looking for.
Once we’ve identified your goals, we will communicate with you those opportunities we feel may be a good fit—not just technically, but from a cultural environment as well.
Once we’ve determined those opportunities you are interested in pursuing, we attempt to arrange a meeting with you at our client site. We will only submit your resume with your advanced approval.
